1 can chick peas
1 can kidney beans (you could really use any bean medley you like)
1 can black olives
2 diced peppers (I used red and yellow)
Blanched asparagus (I used very thin stalks)
Sweet Peppers (I used 3)
I just tossed it all together with the penne pasta (which I forgot to take a picture of). You could omit the noodles but I put them in so Caleb would eat it. This is such a great summer salad and it only took about 10 minutes to throw together. Delicious!
