I found a recipe for Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies and had been dying to try it. I made these yesterday BUT I altered the recipe by adding butterscotch chips. Good night! That was a good decision. They are delicious and soft and taste especially delightful cold.
Now that I’ve snacked on these for two days, I can safely admit: these would be even better with cranberries in them (I think without the chocolate and butterscotch, just cranberries and walnuts). I plan on trying that around Thanksgiving. In the meantime, you should make these!
